A BIT ABOUT ME

Making a Positive Impact

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world toward a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness and lifestyle goals. I aim to transform your body and mind, ultimately influencing you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I have been training together with Heidi for about a year now. I feel great and have really enjoyed going through the process with her. Heidi encourages me and makes even small accomplishments seem like milestones. One of the best things was to see how I have improved over time with the reports she has given me on my progress. She has always been available to help with advice on diet and exercise programs outside of our normal training sessions. Adding Heidi to my everyday exercise regimen was definitely worth it!
