I have been training together with Heidi for about a year now. I feel great and have really enjoyed going through the process with her. Heidi encourages me and makes even small accomplishments seem like milestones. One of the best things was to see how I have improved over time with the reports she has given me on my progress. She has always been available to help with advice on diet and exercise programs outside of our normal training sessions. Adding Heidi to my everyday exercise regimen was definitely worth it!

Working with Heidi has been my first time working with a trainer. I have enjoyed the challenges that she has brought to me with each new workout and I appreciate how accommodating she has been with my workout when I was injured or not feeling well. I have tried, and failed, many times to work out with a trainer. This is not the case with Heidi. From the initial intake to really working with me on my fitness/strength goals, I feel not only respected but really listened to. Heidi is crafting a workout program for me that makes me feel strong, more flexible, better balanced and have greater athletic confidence. Her gym in Grand Isle is nicely appointed and she's teaching me things that I can do at home to keep my strength training up during the week.
